TRY OUT SCUBA DIVING

Have you been wondering what it’s like to breathe underwater?
This is where it all begins! Experience your first breath underwater and change your life forever. This course is for the person who wants try diving or go diving but does not have a certification card.

Our scuba instructor will spend a little time with you to explain the basic principles of scuba diving and give you an overview of your scuba gear. Then he will take you in our pool to help you learn basic scuba skills, you need approximately 1 hour. Then, on the same or following day, you go with our instructor for two discovery open water dive up to 40 feet/ 12 metres. Additional dives with our divemaster or instructor are possible on the following days. A PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience is a great way to find out what scuba diving is really like before you take the full PADI Open Water Diver certification course.

For the PADI Discover Scuba Diving, you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. A medical questionnaire has to be completed and might indicate a contraindication to check with your doctor.

No prior experience with scuba diving is required.

All of our PADI Discover Scuba Diving courses are private or semi private. We can start every day you want us to. Stop by at our dive shop to enroll in the course. Your PADI Instructor will schedule time with you to check your progress and make sure you understand important scuba diving information.

In the PADI Discover Scuba Diving course, you learn to use basic scuba gear, including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device (BCD) and a tank. The equipment you wear varies, depending upon whether you’re diving in tropical, temperate or cold water.
