Emergency First Response Course – What You’ll Learn

Primary Care (CPR)
Learn how to respond to life-threatening emergencies with confidence.
Skills include:

  • Scene & primary assessment
  • CPR
  • Serious bleeding & shock management
  • Spinal injury care
  • Choking response (conscious & unconscious)
  • (Recommended: AED & emergency oxygen use)

Secondary Care (First Aid)
Focus on non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses.
Skills include:

  • Injury & illness assessment
  • Bandaging
  • Splinting for fractures and dislocations
  • All year round
  • Non diving course
  • Minimum age: 12
  • EFR book
  • Bilingual PADI dive instructor

EFR - EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE COURSE

Emergency First Response (EFR) training is designed to build your confidence and prepare you to act when it matters most. You’ll learn simple, easy-to-follow steps for handling medical emergencies and practice your skills in a relaxed, supportive environment.

The course is complemented by self-study materials, videos, and quick reference guides, so you can start learning right away and progress at your own pace.

EFR training also meets the CPR and first aid requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level certifications. It follows internationally recognized guidelines for emergency care, ensuring you receive up-to-date and reliable training.
